Yes and no. Cannabis in the form of "hemp" is federally legal but cannabis in the form of marijuana is not legal in Texas.
Yes! We use a special kind of hemp known as THCa. This form of cannabis does not get you high in its "raw" state until you apply "heat or fire" to it also known as decarboxylation. When this process occurs, the original form of THCa is then converted into THC which gets you high while still remaining legal in Texas. (as long it contains no more than 0.3% THC)
Great question! We abide by Texas state law with only 0.3% THC per dry weight within our products. This is more than enough to get you feeling nice and relaxed 🙂
Seeing that we only ship product inside of Texas, your beverages will arrive within 1-3 business days on average. Our clothing items on the other hand can take up to 1-2 weeks to ensure top notch quality.
The shipping price varies depending on a few factors, one of which being your zip code. Zip codes closers to Austin are delivered. Zip codes outside of the Austin area will have products shipped via post office.
The lemonade juices currently have a 90-day shelf life. Our infused cold brew coffees are only 7-10 days.
